The FCID has initiated a probe on the Gampaha land where the main office of Basil Rajapaksa was built, reports say.
The land has been purchased under the name of the 'Rajapaksa
Foundation' and investigations are pertaining into the purchase of the
land and its construction expenditures.
Although it is estimated that over Rs. 200 million has been spent for the purchase and construction, no accounting records have been found, reports add.
