Apr 23 (Island) The Financial Crimes Investigation Division (FCID) yesterday evening arrested former Economic Development Minister Basil Rajapaksa over alleged misappropriation of Divineguma funds. The police took him into custody after having recorded his statement at FCID, Kollupitiya.
