Mar 3 (AD) The Central Committee of the SLFP has decided to prohibit people’s representatives of the party from participating in public rallies organized by other political parties, without approval from the party. In a statement issued today, SLFP General Secretary Anura Priyadarshana Yapa says that the central committee has also decided to prevent the people’s representatives of the party from acting on their own accord and holding media briefings.
