Mar 23 (Island) Two women of Gorakadeniya fighting over the ownership of a cat have turned to the Peradeniya police to resolve the matter, but the cops in turn has left the verdict in the hands of the Veterinary Faculty there. According to statements of the two women to the police one woman left the rented out house she was living in to a new residence leaving behind her pet cat in the house. Sometime later she came back to her previous residence to collect the pet.
