Jan 28 (Island) Minister Sajith Premadasa has engaged two internationally renowned auditing firms to probe Housing and Samurdhi portfolios previously held by former ministers Wimal Weerawansa and Basil Rajapaksa, respectively. Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers would probe Housing and Samurdhi portfolios, respectively. They had assured projects would be carried out free of charge.
